Natalie St. Louis is the Founder of Strategic Konnections & Management Services. She is a dedicated, dynamic and result oriented executive with over 20 years of resounding successes, proven track record and solid experience in the areas of General Management, Marketing, Business Strategy, Advertising & Sales, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Media Management, Business Development, Operations, Customer Service, Project Management, Client Relationship and Corporate Communication Services in the Media, Travel & Tourism, Entertainment, Financial and Transaction industries. She brings superior executive management, strategic planning, organizational and implementation skills to the corporate table, and her contribution to the development and growth of companies where she has worked, have provided them with a winning edge in a fiercely competitive marketplace.

She is the Strategic Corporate/Marketing Consultant to Caribbean Assurance Brokers Limited from January 2017, where she provides her tactical expertise in assisting with increasing awareness of the company and building further equity in their brand. She has direct oversight and responsibility of the Company’s Strategic Marketing Portfolio including the impactful strategic marketing campaigns, their Digital Marketing, Website Management & Corporate Communications. She also has responsibility for the Company’s dynamic Loyalty Programme and played an instrumental role in assisting with spearheading the readiness, implementation and launch of the programme, including the recent mobile application addition.

Natalie was educated at Marymount High and the Immaculate Conception High School. She further attended the University of the West Indies where she pursued a BSc. in Management and Economics, achieving honors, and likewise at Nova Southeastern University, Florida where she gained a Masters in Business Administration (MBA). She furthered her business education at the Harvard Business School, Boston – Massachusetts and the Mona School of Business (UWI) where she studied Executive Education in Strategic Marketing Management, and Advanced Marketing, respectively. She was named Marketing Personality of the Year by the Jamaica Peer Awards, and has been the recipient of numerous professional awards for her outstanding work in the field of business, marketing, client, customer, media and strategic corporate services.

Natalie has been keenly involved in various philanthropy endeavors, mentoring/inspiring, motivational guest speaking engagements as well as social and charitable organizations. She has been a member of the Kiwanis Club of New Kingston, Jamaica where she served in positions as a 1st Vice President, Director and Chairman, the Women Leadership Initiative (WLI) where she served on the Public Relations and Fundraising Committee. She has also served on the American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM) Events and Communications Committee.
