Tamika understands the importance of employee welfare which is what led to her career change from the financial platform into Human Resource Management. Her training in the field has given her a wealth of knowledge with proven leadership and communication skills, with a breadth of experience spanning over ten years, covering Paralegal, Loss Adjusting, Investment Banking and Credit Administration.

She is currently a member of the Portmore Community College Alumni and Past Vice President of the Parent Teachers Association at the Harvest Temple Basic School. She is also a philanthropist and was the Senior Manager of Investment Banking Administration for the Investment Banking Unit at Mayberry Investments Limited.
