Carlton has over 41 years of experience in the Insurance Industry with particular expertise in Marketing, Underwriting, Sales Administration and Training.

He has held several managerial positions including Personal Accident Manager, Marketing Manager, Sales Manager, Training Manager, Director of Business Development and Employee Benefits Manager.

He is currently President of the Jamaica Society of Insurance Professionals and Technicians and lectures at the College of Insurance and Professional Studies in the areas of Personal Insurance and Accident Insurance. He is a Board Member of the Cavaliers All Age School and a Justice of the Peace for the parish of St. Andrew.

In the past he has sat on the Boards of the Insurance Employees Cooperative Credit Union and the First Union Insurance Agency and is also a past President of the FLMI Society of Jamaica. Carlton is a Chartered Life Underwriter, a Fellow of the Life Management Institute and also holds a professional designation as an Associate in Customer Service.

He brings to the position of Director of Training, a wealth of experience in the field of Insurance and in particular, Sales Training.
