With years of experience as Regional Customer Experience and Marketing representative for Guardian General serving four islands in the Caribbean, she has honed her skills in marketing across diverse territories and channels, while also gaining invaluable experience in knowledge management and change management proficiencies.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Moniesha’s leadership extends to her community involvement, where she continues to spearhead numerous philanthropic initiatives and has served as the head of Public Relations, Cultural Exchange Committees and Debating Societies during her academic years.
