Norman is a well-known Real Estate Attorney with over 35 years’ practicing experience in the legal fraternity. He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B) with Honours from the University of the West Indies. He is a past Managing Partner of Myers, Fletcher & Gordon. He is acknowledged as an authority in the areas of Construction, Real Estate, Trust, Estates and Probate; and has represented several of the more prominent local real estate developers and financiers.

His experience spans Commercial, Residential and Resort Developments. He has published and presented several papers on the Stamp Duty and Transfer Tax Acts, the Real Estate Dealers and Development Act, and the Registration of Strata Titles Act of Jamaica.

Norman currently serves on the board of several private companies and is a former member of the Coffee Industry Board and Past President of the Jamaica Motoring Club. He has also served as Legal Advisor to the Jamaica Chamber of Commerce and other Civic Associations.
